Pick-up from e-shop:
You follow the usual ordering process on an e-shop, but upon completion, you choose “Delivery via BOX NOW Locker” as the delivery method, and then select the desired Locker that serves you. If the e-shop is in Cyprus, delivery is made the next working day. Otherwise, if the e-shop is in Greece, delivery will be made in 3 working days to the selected Locker. You receive an SMS containing the PIN code for opening the locker and instructions to the selected BOX NOW Locker. Thus, at any time of the day, by entering the PIN at the Locker, the corresponding compartment opens automatically for you to collect your order. The parcel will be waiting for you in the compartment for up to 3 days from its delivery.
“Send Parcel” service:
Through the innovative “Send Parcel” service, you can send your parcel from Locker to Locker within Cyprus or from Cyprus to Greece, without waiting in queues and at the most competitive price in the market. The parcel sending process is done exclusively through the BOX NOW website without the need to visit a physical store, without volumetric charges, and at any time of the day (24/7)!
