Atterbury Cyprus has announced the signing of agreements with several popular retail and catering brands at the renovated Mall of Engomi, which is scheduled to reopen soon.
With the Sklavenitis and Superhome stores remaining, 25 additional stores and kiosks will be introduced in the fully renovated Mall during its re-launch, which will take place in two phases – spring and summer.
The popular Italian brand of men’s, women’s and children’s clothing Oviesse and the NEXT store, are the stores that were temporarily closed due to the renovation, and that will reopen on the brand new first floor of the Mall. The Bullfrog barber shop will also be on the first floor.
On the ground floor of the renovated Mall, a store of the well-known cosmetics chain Beauty Line, a Holland & Barrett store with top products of vitamins, minerals and herbal supplements from the United Kingdom, a branch of the telecommunications company Cablenet and the beloved Melirriton confectionery are planned to operate.
But what will really differentiate the renewed Mall of Engomi from the rest of the Malls, is the food and coffee offering. On the first floor an exclusive space will be created, along with an exciting new facade with the addition of a balcony overlooking the 28th of October Avenue, where they visitors will fine: the express chain Piatsa Gourounaki with the famous souvlaki, Coffee Berry for those who appreciate really good coffee, and Rokoko restaurant which, along with the famous pizza, will also offer gourmet burgers at the same affordable prices. Also, later in 2021, Mailo’s – The Pasta Project, which is addressed to all lovers of good pasta, will operate for the first time in Cyprus.
With 80% of the deals already closed, it is expected that other deals with new clothing, sports and electronics stores will be announced soon, as well as deals with stores that already exist and will reopen, such as OJO Sun & Glasses.
The new Mall of Engomi will be housed in an area of over 15,000m2, which will include underground parking with spaces for more than 450 vehicles.
The relaunch of the renewed Mall is combined with the message “Enjoy More” and promises the consumer that in the renewed Mall of Engomi he will have the opportunity to enjoy: More Taste. More Fashion. More Style. More Fun. More family moments. More & More to come.
