1. Only people who are permanent residents of The Republic of Cyprus and are 18 years old and older can participate in the campaign ‘Win the Perfect Trip’.
2. The employees of Mall of Engomi, sales persons and other staff who work in any of the shops found in The Mall of Engomi, security personnel, cleaners and any other person who works for The Mall of Engomi or is associated with the specific campaign, do not have the right to participate in the campaign.
3. One participation coupon is given for every purchase receipt from any shop, cafeteria or restaurant at the Mall of Engomi only, between 9 May and 12 June 2022.
4. The exchange of purchase receipts to coupons can be done at the check-out or the Customer Service desks of Mall of Engomi shops.
5. There will be one competition winner who will win one 8 day travel package to Rhodes for two people. The departure date is 8 July 2022 and the following is included
• Plane tickets Larnaca – Rhodes – Larnaca with direct flights by Cyprus Airways
• Airport taxes and fuel surcharge
• One baggage up to 23 kilos and one hand luggage up to 10 kilos for each passenger
• Accommodation for 7 nights at RHODES BAY 5* in a double room
• Daily breakfast
• Transfer from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport
• Travel Insurance
• VAT
6. The prize is as stated in Term 5 and cannot be changed or exchanged in any way. It cannot be combined with any other offer or discount, is not exchangeable for money and is not transferable to any other person.
7. Mall of Engomi reserves the right to change any term of the campaign ‘Win the Perfect Trip’ without prior notice.
8. The winner will be notified via phone or email, as per the information filled out on the participation coupon.
9. The winner can contact Xenos Travel to receive their prize and make all relevant arrangements.
10. If the winner does not respond within two (2) days of being notified by the Mall of Engomi, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and the Mall of Engomi shall be entitled to select another winner. That winner will also have to respond to notification of their win within two (2) days or else they will also forfeit their prize and the prize will be canceled.
11. With acceptance of the competition gift, the winner allows Mall of Engomi to publish their name, age, town of residence and their face through the promotion or activity of the competition in the mass media and with public relations. The winner also agrees to be available to attend a photo shoot/or any other promotional and/or activity in Cyprus, for the purposes of the Competition, at any time.
12. Entry into the contest implies acceptance of the present Terms and Conditions.
