Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure the highest standards of service and cleanliness.
- Lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Manage staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Handle customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory and supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained.
- Enforce health and safety regulations to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
Requirements:
- A degree in Management (preferred but not mandatory).
- Fluency in both Greek and English.
- A passion for the food industry and a drive for excellence.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
