The Mall of Engomi is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team at the Information Desk for a short-term opportunity during December — one of the most exciting and festive times of the year!
This short-term position is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic, have a positive attitude, and are eager to gain valuable experience in a lively customer service environment.
Key Responsibilities
Your main responsibility will be to issue and manage Mall Gift Cards, ensuring accuracy and friendly service at all times. You’ll also assist visitors by providing helpful information about store locations, mall services, and directions, as well as sharing details about current promotions, events, and festive activities. As part of the team, you’ll work closely with mall management and security to help create a smooth and enjoyable experience for every visitor.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not essential.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays in December.
- Comfortable using computers for email communication and basic information management.
