Warpoint Instagram Competition Terms and Conditions

1. The contest is organized by the Mall of Engomi and Warpoint.
2. The contest is open to all permanent residents of the Republic of Cyprus except employees of the Mall of Engomi, Warpoint, security personnel, cleaners and their families, and any other person associated with the specific campaign.
3. The competition will run from 28 April until 11 May 2025.
4. To participate, participants must follow the Instagram accounts of Warpoint and Mall of Engomi, like the post, and tag 3 friends at the competition post.
5. Each person can participate an unlimited number of times.
6. One winner will be drawn on a random basis. The competition prize is a private game for a group of up to 10 people. It can either be a 60-minute private session on any weekday or a 30-minute private session on a weekend.
7. The winner will be notified by a message in his/her private Instagram inbox. The winner’s name will also be announced on the Mall of Engomi Instagram page.
8. The winner can receive the prize by the latest by 30 June 2025.
9. If a winner does not respond to the Mall of Engomi & Warpoint within two (2) days of being notified, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and the Mall of Engomi shall be entitled to select another winner. That winner will also have to respond to notification of their win within two (2) days, or else they will also forfeit their prize, and the prize will be cancelled.
10. With acceptance of the competition gift, the winners allow the company to publish their name, age, town of residence, and face through the promotion or activity of the competition in the mass media and with public relations. This activity is not restricted to using only their names but can also contain the use of an image in the form of a photograph or film. The winners also agree to be available to attend a photo shoot and/or any other promotional activity in Cyprus for the purposes of the competition at any time.
11. Mall of Engomi & Warpoint reserve the right to change any term of the campaign without prior notice.
12. Entry into the contest implies acceptance of the present terms and conditions.
