Pluton Travel Instagram Competition Terms and Conditions

1. The contest is organized by the Mall of Engomi and Pluton Travel & Tours.
2. The contest is open to all permanent residents of The Republic of Cyprus except employees of the Mall of Engomi, Pluton Travel & Tours, security personnel, cleaners and their families, and any other person associated with the specific campaign.
3. The competition will run from 18 May 2026 until 1 June 2026.
4. To participate, participants must like the Instagram Competition Post, follow the Instagram Accounts of the Mall of Engomi and Pluton Travel & Tours, and tag 2 friends at the competition post.
5. Each person can participate an unlimited number of times.
6. One winner will be drawn on a random basis by Wednesday 3 June. The winner will be notified by a message in their private Instagram inbox. The winner’s name will also be announced on the Mall of Cyprus Instagram page.
7. The prize is one travel voucher with the following conditions:
a. It is valid EXCLUSIVELY for one of the Pluton Travel & Tours organized tours to Poland, with departure dates of July 26, August 2, August 9, August 16, or August 23.
b. The winner is obligated to make a reservation within ten days of the date the prize is communicated to them.
c. The travel voucher covers the participation of one (1) person in the trip with accommodation in a double room.
d. The travel voucher cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be resold.
e. The organized package includes group travel insurance.
f. The winner must be photographed and must post about the gift on their personal social media accounts, tagging Pluton Travel on Facebook & Instagram.
g. During the trip, the winner is kindly requested to tag & mention Pluton Travel in your stories.
8. If the winner does not respond to the Mall of Engomi within two (2) days of being notified, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and the Mall of Engomi shall be entitled to select another winner. That winner will also have to respond to notification of their win within two (2) days or else they will also forfeit their prize, and the prize will be cancelled.
9. With acceptance of the competition gift, the winner allows the Company to publish their name, age, town of residence and their face through the promotion or activity of the competition in the mass media and with public relations. This activity is not restricted by using only their names, but can also contain the use of an image, in the form of a photograph or film. The winners also agree to be available to attend a photo shoot/or any other promotional and/or activity in Cyprus, for the purposes of the Competition, at any time.
Mall of Engomi and Pluton Travel & Tours reserve the right to change any term of the campaign without prior notice.
