PAROOKAVILLE 2024 Instagram Competition – Terms & Conditions

1.The contest is organized by the Mall of Engomi and the NRJ Cyprus radio station.
2. Only people who are permanent residents of the Republic of Cyprus and are 18 years old or older can participate in the campaign.
3. The employees of NRJ Cyprus radio station, Mall of Engomi, salespersons and other staff who work in any of the shops found in Mall of Engomi, security personnel, cleaners, and any other person who works for Mall of Engomi or is associated with the specific campaign do not have the right to participate in the campaign.
4. The competition will run from June 12th to July 05th, 2024.
5. To participate, participants should complete all 4 steps.
– Like the competition post.
– Follow the account of Mall of Engomi on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/mallofengomi/.
– Follow the account of NRJ Cyprus on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/nrjcyprus/.
– Tag the friend who will join the participants at the awards in a comment in the post of the competition on the account of Mall of Engomi on Instagram.
6. Each participant can participate an unlimited number of times, tagging a different person every time.
7. One winner will be selected by a random draw that will take place on July 5th, 2024.
8. The prize is airplane tickets from Larnaca to Düsseldorf and Düsseldorf to Larnaca, including airport taxes, hotel accommodation for 3 nights, and entrance tickets to the PAROOKAVILLE 2024, on July 19th, 20th and 21th 2024, all for two people.
9. The prize cannot be changed or exchanged in any way.
10. Mall of Engomi reserves the right to change any term of the campaign.
11. The winner will be announced on the Instagram accounts of Mall of Engomi and NRJ Cyprus.
12. If a winner does not respond within two (2) days of being notified by the Mall of Engomi, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and the Mall of Engomi shall be entitled to select another winner. That winner will also have to respond to notification of their win within 2 days, or else they will forfeit their prize and the prize will be cancelled.
13. With acceptance of the competition gift, the winner allows Mall of Engomi to publish their name, age, town of residence, and face through the promotion or activity of the competition in the mass media and with public relations.
14. The winner also agrees to be available to attend a photo shoot or any other promotional activity in Cyprus for the purposes of the competition at any time.
15. Entry into the contest implies acceptance of the present Terms and Conditions.
