Mall of Engomi Instagram Competition – Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions
1. The activation is organized by the The Mall of Engomi (ME) Plc.
2. The activation is open to all permanent residents of the Republic of Cyprus, who have completed the 18th year of age and hold a valid student ID. Employees of the Mall of Engomi, security personnel, cleaners and their families, and any other person associated with the specific campaign, are excluded from the activation
3. The activation will run from the 6th until the 26th of June 2022 and consists of 3 competitions that will run for one week each. The first will run from 06/06/22 until 12/06/22, the second one will run from 13/06/2022 until 19/06/2022 and the third one will run from 20/06/2022 – 26/06/2022
4. In order to participate, participants must:
Α. Follow the Mall of Engomi @mallofengomi on Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/mallofengomi/) and
B.Tag one (1) friend ina comment on the relevant competition post on the Mall of Engomi Instagram page.
5. Three (3) winners and three (3) runners-up will be selected by draw, one winner and one runner-up for each competition for the weeks 6-12 June, 13-19 June and 20-26 June 2022.
6. The prizes of the competition are three 100-Euro Mall Gift Cards, one prize for each week. More information on the Mall Gift Card can be found here, and the terms and conditions for its use here.
7. Each person can participate unlimited times tagging a different friend each time.
8. This competition/activation is not affiliated with Instagram in any way.
9. Each winner will be announced one day after the completion of the competition. Each winner will be notified with a tag of their profile name mentioned on the original competition post and they will have to send a direct message to Mall of Engomi. To receive their prizes, winners must present a valid university student ID, an ID for name-check purposes, and the Gift Receipt Code that will be provided to each winner by Mall of Engomi.
10. If the winner does not respond to the Mall of Engomi within two (2) days of being tagged by the Mall of Engomi, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and the Mall of Engomi shall be entitled to select another winner. That winner will also have to respond to notification of their win within two (2) days or else they will also forfeit their prize and the prize will be canceled.
11. With acceptance of the competition gift, the winner allows the Company to publish their name, age, town of residence and their face through the promotion or activity of the activation in the mass media and with public relations. This activity is not restricted by using only their name, but can also contain the use of an image, in the form of a photograph or film. The winner also agrees to be available to attend a photo shoot/or any other promotional and/or activity in Cyprus, for the purposes of the activation, at any time.
12. The Mall of Engomi reserves the right to change any term of the campaign without prior notice.
13. Participation in the competition implies acceptance of the present Terms and Conditions.
